On Wednesday, July 11th I started walking barefoot on my land at 5:35 am
Almost to chase in extreme slowness the desire of dawn that I had so much awaited and that was approaching the gates of the sky
I climbed up the hill of my roots that finds space under the shade of the pine
And the mythological clouds have welcomed me happy
While swarms of white butterflies were dancing
And the smell of rose cuttings with the one of wild roses inebriated me
I entered the space of my civil rite, behind the curtain on which C.U.M., the title of my work, was embroidered and I didn’t leave that place for the next sixteen hours.

I was waiting for you
I was waiting to hear your voice
And so it was
For the fellow citizens of this Earth, for Mother Nature, for Time
I gave my time
For Art
I gave my body
Even if I was invisible
The sunset was a call, like a lay bell in a square of earth and sweat,
mine,
Concentration and love,
our seeds

I went out at 8:55 pm to walk slowly, accompanying the sun to leave
The truth of my slowness was due to my state of mind of pure peace and to my physical state of suffering, my feet no longer responded:
after so many hours with my mind seated and the active ears I had lost the habit of walking

New first steps, certainly my first step alone in the world.

to my witnesses, watchful eyes that recorded the whole day in progress;
to those who collaborated to spread the testimony on the network and beyond,
to those who thought of me though from a distance;

and to those who did it with his creative wisdom …
